Title: Máiréad is the BEST Post by: rick on April 04, 2010, 12:06:43 PM I have met Máiréad four times already and have seen her perform eleven times. She is the sweetest and most down to earth person I have ever met. Before i ever heard of CW, I listened to a lot of rock and country music. But the first time I heard CW I was just amazed. And this lady moving about the stage while playing the fiddle exhibited true talent. I became a fan immediately. This photo was taken last year in ALB. New Mexico. I am standing behind her left shoulder. This is a priceless photo. I love it!

Several members from her forum stood up during a break and starting singing happy birthday. This got many more following along. I heard the ladies expressions were priceless. I wish I would have been there. I think that was very nice and I know she loved it.
